A token is the unique code for your event. Guests enter it in the Evig app to join your event and start recording. Everyone at the same event uses the same token.

Your token activates at 8 AM local time on the first day of your event and remains active until 8 AM the day after your event ends. Guests can record and upload videos throughout this period.

For now, Evig is only available on iOS devices. Android support is planned for summer 2027, but the release date is not yet confirmed.

We aim to deliver the final video by download link within an estimated 3–4 weeks after the Event Token closes.

Yes. You choose your preferred video orientation when booking, and the app guides your guests to record in the correct format.

No. Raw clips are not included or delivered. This helps protect guest privacy and keeps the experience focused on the final edited film.

You receive one professionally edited highlight film, typically 2–5 minutes long, depending on the amount and quality of the footage submitted.

Each clip can be up to 120 seconds long. Short, natural moments usually work best. Users can record as many videos as they want.

No. Guests don’t need to create an account or log in. They simply download the Evig app and enter your event token.

No. The app is completely free for guests to use. The full package is paid for by the event holder prior to the wedding.

We recommend booking as early as possible. Availability is limited, and popular wedding dates may become fully booked.

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at no cost any time before your invoice has been paid. Once payment has been made, the reservation is confirmed and non-refundable, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
